Representatives Hochul, Higgins, and Slaughter released the following statement after news that the NTSB has requested Pinnacle Airlines to fully disclose all information, including emails, related to the crash of Colgan Air Flight 3407:

Congressman Brian Higgins (NY-27) got a first peek at the inside of the new U.S. Courthouse in Buffalo, NY as the site readies for moving-in activities in preparation for the building’s planned public opening on November 28th.
